Present perfect continuous


पहचान : इस काल के वाक्यों अंत में से रहा है, से रही है, से रहे है आदि शब्द आते है|

Rules :

1. In present perfect continuous tense, we are told that the action has been going for a certain period in time.

(Present perfect continuous tense में, हमें बताया जाता है कि कार्रवाई समय में एक निश्चित अवधि से की जा रही है )

2. Has been / have been used with any subject and number subject.

(किसी भी व्यक्ति और संख्या के विषय के साथ Has been/ have been प्रयोग किया जाता है)

Note :

Has been    : he, she, it, name or singular.

Have been : I, we, you, they or plural.

3. In these types of sentences, uses first form (v) + ing  and according to the given time use since / for.

(इस प्रकार के वाक्यों में first form (v) + ing + का प्रयोग करते है तथा दिए गए समय के अनुसार since/for का प्रयोग करते है)

Subject + Has been / have been + first from (v) + ing + object + since/ for + time.


Note : 

Since : निश्चित समय के लिए

Ex. सुबह से, 2 बजे से, कल से, शाम से, 1991 से, इत्यादि

For : अनिश्चित समय के लिए

Ex. दस दिनों से, कुछ दिनों से, बहुत समय से, कई साल से, 2 साल से इत्यादि


4. In negative sentence not is put between has/ have and been.

(नकारात्मक वाक्य में has और have been के बीच में not रखा गया है)

Subject + has / have + not been + first from (v) + ing + object + since/ for + time.


5. In Interrogative sentences has/ have is placed before the subject and been after the subject, Then it is followed by verb¹+ ing + object + since/ for + time?

(Interrogative sentence में, has/ have को subject से पहले लिखा जाता है, और been को subject के बाद लिखा जाता है फिर उसके बाद verb¹+ ing + object + since/ for + time?

Has/ have + subject + been + first form (v) + ing + object + since/ for + time?


6.  In Interrogative negative sentence not is placed before been.

(In Interrogative negative, been से पहले not रखा गया है)

Has/ have + subject + not been + first form (v) + ing + object + since/ for + time?


Simple sentence

Subject + has been/ have been + first from (v) + ing + object + since/ for + time.

Examples 

  • वह 3 घंटे से पढ़ रही है
  • She has been reading for two hours.
  • मै सुबह से काम क़र रहा हूँ
  • I am working since morning.
  • हम 10 साल से इसी घर में रह रहे है
  • We have been living in this house for 10 years.
  • वह एक घंटे से चल रहा है
  • He has been walking for one hour.

Negative sentence

Subject + has / have + not been + first from (v) + ing + object + since/ for + time.

Examples

  • हम सुबह से नहीं खेल रहे है
  • We have been not playing since morning.
  • वह 2 घंटे से नहीं पढ़ रहा है
  • He has not been reading for 2 hours.
  • तुम सुबह से कुछ नहीं क़र रहे हो
  • You have not been doing anything since morning.
  • माली कई दिनों से पौधों को पानी नहीं दे रहा है
  • The gardener has not been watering the plants for many days.

Interrogative sentence

Has/ have + subject + been + first form (v) + ing + object + since/ for + time?

Examples
  • क्या तुम सुबह से सो रहे हो?
  • Have you been sleeping since morning?
  • क्या बच्चे 7 बजे से खेल रहे है?
  • Have the children been playing since evening?
  • क्या अशोक 4 बजे से पतंग उड़ा रहा है?
  • Has ashok been flying a kite since 4 O' clock?
  • क्या आप इस मकान में 10 साल से रहे रहे है?
  • Have you been living in this house for five years?

Negative Interrogative sentence

Has/ have + subject + not been + first form (v) + ing + object + since/ for + time?

Examples
  • क्या वह एक घंटे से नहीं दौड़ रहा है?
  • Has he not been running for a hour?
  • क्या तुम बहुत देर से मेरा पीछा नहीं क़र रहे हो?
  • Have you not been following me for a long time?
  • क्या हम दस दिन से तैयारी नहीं क़र रहे है?
  • Have we not been preparing for ten days?
  • क्या कल से वर्षा नहीं हो रही है?
  • Has it not been raining since yesterday?

Wh family sentence

Has/ have + subject + been + first form (v) + ing + object + since/ for + time?

Examples

  • तुम सुबह से क्या क़र रहे हो?
  • What have you been doing since morning?
  • वह कुछ दिनों से कहाँ रहे रहा है?
  • Where has he been living for some days?
